The Crawl, Walk, Run growth process is a metaphor often used to describe the stages of development, progress. The model emphasizes a gradual, step-by-step approach to achieving success, where each stage builds on the previous one.

Crawl (Initial Phase - Learning & Foundation)

  • Crawl Characteristics: In this stage, you're focused on understanding the basics and laying the groundwork for future growth. There is a heavy emphasis on learning, testing, and experimenting.

Walk (Building Momentum - Scaling and Refining)

  • Characteristics: Once you've learned the fundamentals, you can start to build momentum. This stage is about refining processes, improving efficiency, and increasing your capabilities.

Run (Full-Scale Execution - Advanced Growth & Mastery)

  • Characteristics: At this point, you’re moving at full capacity, and everything works efficiently. This stage is about taking on larger challenges, scaling significantly, and mastering the processes.

This model helps individuals or organizations understand that growth should happen in manageable steps, preventing them from rushing into large-scale changes before being ready. It's about laying a solid foundation, gradually improving, and achieving sustainable progress over time.

Live Trading: One, Two & Three Days

During our live trading sessions we will execute all facets of training and as everyone build their account balances we will continue to scale.

  • Execute all facets of training: This likely means that, as part of the live trading experience, you'll provide hands-on training in real-time. Participants will not only observe trades but also learn strategies, risk management, technical analysis, and market behavior during the live sessions.
    1. Build account balances: Participants will aim to grow their individual trading accounts by making informed trading decisions. This suggests an emphasis on practical experience, perhaps with a focus on risk and reward ratios, position sizing, and consistent gains.
    2. Scale: As the participants' account balances grow, they will have the opportunity to scale up their trading activities. This could involve increasing position sizes, diversifying their portfolios, or using more advanced trading strategies as their skills and accounts mature.
  • When working on a program or system like this, it's important to ensure there are clear strategies for risk management, as trading with real capital can have significant risks, especially when scaling up.
